A full slate of dates for the upcoming joint U.S. tour featuring Journey, Pat Benatar and Loverboy have been announced.

The trek, which will stop in more than 20 cities, gets under way on July 21 in San Bernardino, California, and is scheduled through an October 13 show West Palm Beach, Florida. As always,  Benatar will be performing with her husband and longtime guitarist Neil Giraldo.

"We're eagerly awaiting the Summer Tour 2012 this year," say Benatar and Giraldo. "Performing for our fans is the best part of what we do and we're excited this year to have some surprises and introduce some new material to everyone."

The couple also reveal that they have plans to release some new music next year.
