Mariah Carey, 42, may be a diva onstage, but she's also a diva at home. Or so says her husband, Nick Cannon.

Anderson Cooper, on his talk show "Anderson Live" Tuesday, asked Nick Cannon, 32, what a typical day was like in the Carey-Cannon household with twins Monroe and Moroccan.

"The kids run the house. We just running and chasing after them," Cannon said. "My wife is being the diva that she is. I'm trying to keep up with them."

Cannon, the host of "America's Got Talent," also said he changes more diapers than his wife does.

"We all do it but for some reason, I get that duty a little bit more," Cannon said. "I'm not scared of it. I go in, I put the gloves on."

Cannon also talked about Carey's feud with fellow "American Idol" judge Nicki Minaj.

"I was a little disappointed with the producers, because that's not what 'American Idol' is about," Cannon said. "I felt like they fed off it a little bit.

"My wife is the classiest and strongest woman I've ever met, so she's handling it the way she's supposed to handle it."
