A few weeks ago, Miley Cyrus blasted rumors that her relationship with Liam Hemsworth was on the rocks-and now, she's taking things one step further: She's wearing her engagement ring again.

On Wednesday night, the 20-year-old singer walked the red carpet at Maxim's 2013 Hot 100 party at Create Nightclub in Hollywood wearing a Valentino jumpsuit and her Neil Lane sparkler. (Cyrus graces the magazine's cover.)

Last year, Cyrus and Hemsworth, 23, announced their engagement, but things haven't been smooth sailing since then. Amid rumors of a split in March, Hemsworth spent time with his family in Australia without Cyrus, and last month, Cyrus's father, Billy Ray Cyrus, told ABC News that he wasn't sure if the couple would make it down the aisle.

"I'm not home with my boyfriend all the time," the "Can't Be Tamed" singer explained to V Magazine in its May issue. "We work. Every week it's 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them.' I don't have time go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't.

"I'd rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him," she continued. "And then I'm at the studio all day. He gets up to work out at six and I come home at five from the studio."
