He may be expecting his first child with New York socialite Lauren Silverman, but that doesn't mean "X Factor" judge Simon Cowell has to cut ties to his past flames.

Cowell, 53, was seen on Monday walking next to a smiling Mezhgan Hussainy, who just happens to be the music mogul's ex-fiancee.

The former couple were heading to "X Factor" studios in Los Angeles, a show that make-up artist Hussainy also works on.

After weeks of speculation, Cowell confirmed the pregnancy with Silverman, 36, back on August 20.

"I'm proud to be a dad," he told the BBC at the London premiere of One Direction's documentary "This Is Us."

"Things are changing in my life right now, for the better," he added.

Cowell even gushed at the beginning of September in an interview with the UK Times that seeing the scan of his unborn baby was "just surreal."

"I feel very paternal right now," he added.
