"No!" Julia Roberts answered David Letterman last night when the talk show host asked the 46-year-old actress if she was in fact pregnant again.

Rumors had been swirling all week that America's Sweetheart was expecting her fourth child with husband Daniel Moder. The couple is already parents to twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 9, and son Henry, 6.

But Roberts did her best to put those rumors to rest Thursday night with one quick response.

The "Pretty Woman" actress - who married Moder in 2002 after meeting on the set of "The Mexican" a couple years prior - lives with her family at her ranch in New Mexico.

Roberts recently spoke to ABC about her life as both an Oscar-winning actress and "mom who carpools."

"My older children are starting to understand a little bit more clearly what it is that I do for a living," she said. "They know it involves makeup, because it's the only time they see me with makeup on. They are starting to put it together, but it's a funny thing being an actor and having your kids understand what that means."

Roberts received a Golden Globe nomination this week for her work in "August."
