The Queen of Soul isn't ready to give up her crown just yet.

At 72, Aretha Franklin takes on other great divas, including pop's newest one, Adele, for her upcoming album, "Aretha Franklin Sings the Great Diva Classics."

Released Monday, Franklin's cover of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" features a faster melody and includes a mash-up of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's classic Motown hit, "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."

Her Adele cover is just one of many on the album, produced by Clive Davis, Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and Andre 3000. The "Respect" singer also takes on "At Last" by Etta James, Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive," "People" by Barbra Streisand, Sinead O'Connor's "Nothing Compares 2 U," and "No One" by Alicia Keys.
