See How Ad Agency Made Over Model From Viral Photoshop Video for Christmas

Remember the blonde model who was transformed from pretty to stunning in a time-lapse video using lights and Photoshop?

Using the magic of digital editing, Victors & Spoils, a Boulder, Colo., based advertising agency decided to put their own spin on the viral video for their annual holiday greeting.

Instead of turning the nearly naked model into a bombshell, she was transformed in less than a minute into a plump Santa Claus, sprawled out on the ground in her original red bikini bottoms.

"Ad agencies go to disturbing lengths to create the perfect image," the agency wrote in the video. "Guess we're no different."

Should Retouched Images Carry Warning Labels?

The original "Body Evolution" video was created by director Tim Piper and starred his wife, Sally Gifford Piper.

It was first posted on Global Democracy in 2012 in a bid to get disclaimers on airbrushed ads, however it didn't go viral until October of this year.

In the span of 37 seconds, Piper's stomach was made flatter, her eyes bigger and her arms, legs and neck longer and slimmer. Her lips, nose and face all got the magic touch of the digital airbrush. At the end of the clip, she was transformed.

In the course of it being shared and re-posted online, the video has racked up millions of views and ignited a discussion about airbrushed ads.
