Surveillance video showing Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston allegedly walking out of a grocery store with merchandise without paying for it was released today by police.

The video was posted by the Tallahassee Democrat .

Winston, the Florida State football star, was accused of stealing the crab legs from the Publix supermarket in Leon County, Fla., last month, according to the Associated Press.

The food was worth $32.

He was issued a civil citation but was not charged with a crime.

Winston was previously investigated for alleged rape but prosecutors declined to press charges, saying there wasn't enough evidence.
