The sun was shining, the temperature was right, and Laura Morgan of Kearney, Mo., was all smiles, proudly showing off her pregnant belly last weekend for a maternity photo shoot with her husband, Aaron.

Little did she know, however, that the focus of the shoot would quickly turn to Aaron, 34, rather than their unborn baby girl.

"She said she wanted to take some pictures of me by myself," Laura, 27, told ABCNews.com. "And that's what I thought what we were doing. She had me get down on the ground and hold my belly, telling me how to pose."

And that's when it happened. Unbeknownst to Laura, Aaron quickly jumped into the background of the photo, holding his bulging belly as if he were pregnant, also.

Photographer Ashley Hempel caught the hilarious photobomb on camera.

"I guess Aaron was behind me doing exactly the same thing," Laura said. "I didn't know what was going on until Ashley started laughing. I had no idea why she was laughing at me. I turned around really quickly and he tried to snap out of his pose really quick which, obviously, didn't work."

As she often does, Hempel uploaded the funny photo to her photography Facebook page to give the couple a sneak peak of how their shoot went.

"I posted it Saturday night and ended up going to bed and woke up and I think it was already shared like 2,000 times," Hempel said. "I was like, 'What is going on?'"

The photobombed pregnancy picture has now gone incredibly viral with more than 120,000 "likes" and 3,000 shares.

"He's always being silly," Laura said. "I'm not surprise this is what happened."

And although he played a practical joke, Laura says Aaron is not in the dog house for it.

"No way, I'm glad he did it," she said. "That picture shows our personality."
