15-Minute Workout From Women's Health Magazine

What if you could get in shape by working out only 15 minutes a day? The fitness folks behind the "Men's Health and Women's Health Big Book of 15-Minute Workouts" say it's absolutely doable.

All it takes is 15 minutes four or five times a week to achieve lifelong health benefits, according to their research.

Men's Health contributor Matt Bean and Women's Health Fitness Editor Jen Ator visited "Good Morning America" today to share some of their fitness tips. The workouts require minimal equipment and can work for people with on-the-go lifestyles.
