A 12-year-old girl has died in an apparent strike in Gaza weeks after she was interviewed on video by the Defense for Children International.

As the war between Israeli forces and the Hamas terrorist group rages on, children on both sides of the conflict said they are enduring horrors no child should witness.

As the Israel-Hamas war passed the 100-day mark this week, Gaza continues to be devastated amid the conflict, with UNICEF describing the conditions there as "inhumane."
