When a T-Mobile customer in Manchester, England, learned he would not get a refund, instead of writing an angry review on Yelp he tore apart the store, using a fire extinguisher to spray the place.

Jason Codner, 42, got into a "verbal altercation with members of staff and started to damage items in the store," according to the Greater Manchester Police in the United Kingdom.

A cell phone video uploaded to YouTube showed Codner tearing down wall displays, ripping apart items and using a fire extinguisher to spray items in the store.

On Saturday at 4:25 P.M., "police were called to T-Mobile store on Market Street in Manchester City Centre to reports of an aggressive customer," the police said.

Codner, of Cannon Green Court, Salford, was charged for criminal damage and public order offenses. He is due to appear at Salford and Manchester Magistrates Court on July 31, 2012.

A spokesman for T-Mobile told CNET that no one was injured and the dispute was over a refund that the store refused to give Codner "as it was clearly outside of the stated terms and conditions." The company hopes to re-open the store soon.
