ABC’s daytime gabfest “The View” returns tomorrow with a new “state-of-the-art set” and guest Kim Kardashian, who will make an appearance Wednesday alongside her sisters Kourtney and Khloe. The siblings will dish about Kardashian’s wedding to basketball player Kris Humphries and promote their new line of lingerie, shoes and accessories dubbed the “ Kardashian Kollection.”

Two of the show’s hosts also married August. Sherri Shepherd wedded Lamar “Sal” Sally in Chicago and Joy Behar — who will share never-before-seen photos of her ceremony this week — married Steve Janowitz, her “spousal equivalent” of 29 years.

In honor of the 10th anniversary of 9/11 “The View” will catch up with Marcy Borders, a 9/11 survivor who was photographed at Ground Zero covered in dust. She’ll describe how her life took a downward spiral fueled by drugs and alcohol in the days following the terrorist attack, and how she got back on track. On Friday, “The View” will dedicate its entire broadcast to the 9/11 anniversary, featuring an interview with former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and Sherri Shepherd reporting from Ground Zero and the World Trade Center.

“The View” is now in its 15th year.

In a press release executive producer Bill Geddie said, “I remember someone joking early on about our 15 minutes being almost up. Well, it has been 15 years now and the show is stronger than ever.”
