“Saving Private Ryan’s” Tom Sizemore might need some saving of his own.

The 49-year-old actor was arrested in Los Angeles, Calif. Monday night after cops at his apartment complex discovered that there was an outstanding warrant on him for battery. Sizemore is currently being held on $26,000 bail.

Sizemore has been arrested three times on battery and drug related charges.

A rep for Sizemore did not immediately respond to ABCNews.com’s request for comment.
