During an appearance today to promote breast-cancer prevention, Jennifer Aniston drew attention to something else entirely: a heart-shaped ring on her left hand.

Aniston joined Jill Biden and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius at the new Inova Breast Care Center in Alexandria, Va., today where they toured the mammography room and learned about the facility’s new breast-cancer treatments. Aniston is also recognizing Breast Cancer Awareness month by serving as an executive producer for the Lifetime Original movie “Five,” which explores the impact of breast cancer on people’s lives.

Aniston was dressed casually in blue jeans and a black sweater. But her ring caused a stir, further fueling rumors that she and her latest beau, Justin Theroux, are moving toward marriage. The two made headlines in June when they rocked matching gold rings.
