Once again, Barbara Walters is fascinated by some of the world’s most shallow, boring, overpaid celebrities.

What is “fascinating” about Donald Trump???? He is a shallow, boring, nasty, egotistical man who should NOT be receiving any more attention for his “words of wisdom”!!
Barbara: Are you kidding — “fascinating” is not the adjective for this …. person!

Wow! I’m so disappointed that the tabloid television – lowest common denominator, Kardashians are being called American royalty. What a travesty! If that’s US royalty what a horrible commentary on our country and culture! I certainly won’t be watching! And no one I know will be watching! And really, in a country as diverse as ours – this is your list?

This is a pathetic list of “fascinating” people. We have so descended into celebrity worship..
And Herman Cain is one of them — good grief!

Really the only person that i think should be there is Taylor swift she’s knows what the human raise needs is hope and love. All these others just have hate and think they’re better than everyone else. Come on now what’s going on here. these shows are stupid and point less. of course its all business in planet earth. this human race seriously needs to change. Moreover, we need people that are great role models and that will influence others in a positive way and show them that there health is really important and that fast food restaurants are serious bad for this world its all addicting, what do they put in these foods. Once again its all business causes blood pressure and heart disease and more. doctor bills and more……..money,money

Dear Barbara:l – I feel that you have really missed the mark with the Ten Most Fascinating People this year when you picked the Kardashian Family. In my community we are focused on coming back from the recent floods, keeping our jobs and our homes. Putting them as the top ten is absolutely crazy. They brag too much and are too materialistic. I feel you should have honored Regis Philbin for all of his contributions to television and giving back, also I feel you should have honored Steve Jobs posthumously for his major contribution to technology. J.R. Martinez is a fascinating “HERO” looked up to by people of all ages. FINALLY..MORE IMPORTANTLY… It would have been great if you honored all the U.S. veterans and those currently fighting for our freedom, those back home with injuries, and those that gave their life. Those men and women are who we really should be celebrating. We live free because of them. It is not too late to reconsider your list – the show is later tonight. Thank you. Sincerely, Deborah Nichols, Milan, Pennsylvania

Barbara you are helping to promote the Donald Trump fallicy. And it’s my understanding this is the 2nd time you have featured him. Go figure

You’ve really outdone yourselves with picking “the bottom of the barrel” celebrities. Thanks for the preview, as it assures me, that I’ll be watching something else. Are we Americans really this shallow?

This list reads like a People Magazine Cover.

Barbara, do you called this people fascinating? Ridiculous!!! You are out of touch, I thinks is time for you to retire. I won’t be watching the show. Amazing how some Americans do everything for money that they forget about morals and values.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ABC

She is boring but I have a gut guess that Steve Jobs will be person of the year!

Sorry Barbara. We wont be watching you or the ABC anymore. Kardashians? Very sad. Not sure what they have done to be fascinating! There are lot of other deserving people. Time for you to retire.

goodbye Barbara.

I just watched the interview with Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet. Thank you! They are the most heartwarming people ever. I am so encouraged by their attitudes and true acceptance of all people. I was especially encouraged by Jesse’s understanding that some journeys in our lives may be difficult, but that patience, understanding, acceptance and love will help us prevail. They were truly genuine!!!

Hi, I just wanted to know where the side tables that were featured in the Simon Cowell interview were purchased??? The were multi angeled brown wooden or stone side tables. Thank you. Sincerely, Cailean

Barbara sold out. Unfortunately, the ratings will probably be good. Most of the people featured are not admirable.

Everyone on here commenting about how stupid this year is has totally missed the point. Do you know what the word fascinating means? The show is not supposed to be about people doing all sorts of good in the world, and to show off the good people. It’s all about the celebrities who are out there ruling America and who everyone seems to be obsessed with. If you look at that list, alll of them are celebrities who everyone talks about and who are doing quite well for themselves. Stop hating on them. If you don’t like it, don’t watch it, and find something better to do then come on the internet and spread your stupid opinions.

Where is Tim Tebow?

waste of time. I thought Barbara was going to ask the “hard” questions of the Kardashians. Instead she asked the questions the publicists gave her as they try to clean up the mess their greed and arrogance brought to them. I understand how the made the list. Nobody can argue that they have made a multimillion dollar business for doing nothing. THAT iS fascinating. One of, if not THEE, most ridiculous interview ever. Shame on you Barbara.

Oh Baba Wawa. You have once again not fail;ed at giving us a good laugh.

What a repulsive and disappointing list. You people make celebrities out of the most disgusting people. Who REALLY gives a rip what Donald Trump does or thinks?? He is repulsive to look at and is an absolute nobody to me…just a person with an ego and money…not a man I’d care to associate with. The Kardashians are scraping the scum off the bottom of the barrel. Time to retire, Barbara.
