Justin Bieber Paternity Lawsuit Dropped

Justin Bieber now has one less “baby, baby, baby” on his mind.
The 20-year-old woman who has accused the 17-year-old pop singer of being the father of her 4-month-old son has reportedly dropped her paternity lawsuit.
Celebrity gossip website TMZ reports Mariah Yeater “quietly dismissed” her lawsuit against Bieber last week. The site also reports Yeater’s attorneys, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have resigned as well.
The paternity suit Yeater filed against Bieber last month claimed a minutes-long tryst between the two in a backstage bathroom at the Staples Center in Los Angeles following a concert in October 2010 resulted in the birth of her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater this July.
Yeater, who was 19 at the time the alleged tryst took place, had been very public with her claim, appearing on “The Insider” earlier this month. She claimed then the “Never Say Never” star, who was 16 at the time, was “aggressive” and refused to wear a condom the night she said he got her pregnant.
“This is a legitimate claim by a woman who wants to know the father of her new baby,” Yeater’s lawyer said at the time.
Bieber denied the allegations from the start, claiming the story was “completely made up” and that he had never even met Yeater.
After Yeater’s appearance on “The Insider,” Bieber’s legal team hit back and promised their client would take a DNA test upon his return from Europe, where he’s been touring and publicizing his new release, alongside longtime girlfriend and fellow pop star Selena Gomez.
Bieber’s team also gave notice they planned to file a lawsuit against Yeater once the DNA test proved their client’s innocence, they said.
Neither Yeater’s nor Bieber’s attorneys responded to requests for comment from ABC News.
Bieber has taken to Twitter to address the controversy, and thank fans for their support, writing, “Even through all the crap and lies…my fans have been there for me…thanks to everyone who supports me. Much appreciated.”
Yeater, meanwhile, faces a bench trial next month on a misdemeanor battery charge filed against her last December claiming she slapped her 18-year-old ex-boyfriend, the same ex-boyfriend whom she earlier accused of fathering the baby she then said was Bieber’s.
The charge could leave her facing six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

She still needs to be sued back to the stone age. Also, she should be checked for being mentally ill and the baby should be checked on weekly after it is born. What a nut job his wench is.

Sue her into oblivion. Sue her and make her name known far and wide so no employer will hire her except clean toilets. I don’t care for Mr B, but this has to stop and only way to to make a BIG example of her.

1 – you’re not a women, you’re a kid. You have no business having a baby. 2 – you ‘want to know who the father” of your baby is? Dont boink more than one man (boy!) at a time. Great. Another baby brouht into this world by a child herself who completely unprepared to do the job she is supposed to do for the next 18 years, thereby, thrusting more problems on society. lovely.

She still needs to be sued back to the stone age—she lives in the stoge already, I’m sure. She got pregnant at 19. She has a baby at 20 with obviously, no education and no way to support herself and this kid for the next 20 years. She’s already part of the welfare system and is probably living below the poverty line already. YOu can’t get blood from a stone.

Gee can anyone say PAYOFF! quietly transfer the funds to her and in turn the lawsuit, and public notice of dna testing, disapears.
She can still face charges for at a minimum purjury and possibly statutory rape (there is no such crime as ‘pedophile’ Lilly thus is impossible for anyone to go to jail for that)

Anyone ever stop to consider that her withdrawal of the paternity case doesn’t mean she was lying? Funny it occurs right before Justin returns from Europe to take his promised DNA test….Personally, I think the Beiber camp kept him and his DNA safely tucked away in Europe until his attorneys and hers could come up with a silent financial settlement so that Justin wouldn’t have to submit to that DNA test and potentially ruin his media created reputation…

Bieber need to pay his lawyers to find everything they can to charge this tramp with. He need to send a message to the rest of these spotlight chasing, money hungry, do anything for fame airheaded women in this country. He should sue her to the point of her living under a highway overpass.

I’m with the Pay-Off dudes…Money talks ****** walks. He has the millions to do it. Only time and maturity will make Justin realize what’s being done and maybe, if he has a conscience, he would want to know if that kid is in fact his. I understand that there’s a lot of angry fans out there but the baby didn’t ask to be here. It’s a posibility that it didn’t happen but what if it did. We don’t know. We wasn’t there. You can’t believe everthing a “Star” says. That’s my opinion respect it.

The controversy came at the right time, when Beiber was promoting his Christmas album. If it wasn’t a publicity stunt, then kudos to Justin for sticking to his gun. Now, the mother of this child should be questioned by family services, the kid may be at risk because of her aggressiveness and questionable behavior.

Bieber threats once found innocent he will sue. hmmm why wait, does he need to find out his 1 in 4 chance is definately gone before he sues. He would look silly suing and he is proven to be. He also used the treat to avoid the dna test he said he would take. It worked. Because she knows maybe she did it with him but its probably not his. I just knew his stall on taking it would result him getting out of it.

He should still sue her just to make her an example. Stars are targets for this kind of thing. Maybe if he sues her for making this up it will stop other people from making stuff up and trying to extort money out of celebrities. I’m not a Bieber fan. I have no idea what he evens sings. Its just the principal of the thing that bothers me.

Justin needs to take note and let this be a lesson! WRAP IT UP AND DON’T SLEEP WITH RANDOM GROUPIES OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT FACT OF THE MATTER BECAUSE NEXT TIME IT MIGHT BE TRUE! Another airheaded tramp that will do anything for money and fame. And her lawyer is already sounding the “bieber is mean” crap when addressing the fact that Justin said he will sue her. Who cares if she got nothing. Make her have less than that. People letting stuff go in cases like this is why so many tramp prostitutes do stuff like this knowing they got a good chance of getting a big check in the end and victim status from the gender bias masses. There was no payoff. This crimminal hookers bluff got called and saw no “go away” money was comming. Hope her last “boyfriend” wins that assault case and send her worthless tramp but to jail.

OBVIOUSLY this woman was paid off to drop the claim… duh! An easy transfer of $1 million was probably just enough to do the trick.
Hope Justin decides to come clean some day and be a father to his biological child… but I doubt it.

Celebrities attract stalkers of all kinds. Why anyone would put up with this [bleep] is beyond me. There’s not enough money in the world to make the constant harrassment worthwhile. Considering this girl’s mentality I hope she’ll place the baby with someone kind and loving who’ll give him a good, safe home.

I sure hope that he is telling the truth. There is too much lying going on about these issues-just have to look at the politicians- all have affairs and lie but in the end, the truth will prevail. Hope you don’t bring this on yourself Justin. It would be a really bad thing.

Justin needs to sue this whack-job for all she is worth and then make sure she is admitted to a psycho ward, not as a voluntary admit, but as a forced one by the social services. She lied, her child is at risk, this thing should not be a parent EVER. But she accused someone else before Justin, and he proved her insane as well. COMMITMENT.

this is my opinion on this, i think justin is too young to have a kid, he is a kid himself and he knows that, i think that they paid her to just shut up so the results didnt come out he was the father in public, that baby looks like him especially when he was a baby, he is not a man and he will not man up to his mistakes, honestly she might have forgotten about justin when she was blamin her ex, and then realise it was his, sorry but i do think justin is the father and he knows that, the story may have been fabricated a little but i think what yeater is sayin she is telling the truth

In my opinion, I do think this women should be in jail. If she claims that she slept with him, then she is in the wrong he is under the age of 18 and this is considered statutory rape. The parents of Justin can sue her for breaking the law.

I still believe that the baby is his. The baby looked like him. No where in the article does it say that he is going to sue or that she is not saying that the baby is not his. she was very sincere. he is probably taking care of the baby out of the public eye. what is a shame is that the baby may not get to know his father. she was paid off

Get the facts together before claiming she was paid off. TMZ has reported she sent text messages to the real baby’s father asking him to take responsibility of his child (they show the text messages and everything). She also asked her child’s father to delete the earlier messages regarding him being the father and she’d give him a cut of whatever she could get from Bieber. This girl is crazy stupid!

I wonder what Jesus said about turning the other cheek. I wonder if turning the other cheek has anything to do with sueing the clothing off an obviously mentally ill person.
