Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s Ex-Wife Arrested in Aspen, Colo.
Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Brooke Mueller was arrested overnight in Aspen Colorado on charges of cocaine possession, according to Aspen police spokesperson Blair Weyer.
At 11:32 p.m. Friday night, police said they were on a “routine walk through” at the Belly Up club on Galena Street in Aspen.
They began talking to an unidentified woman who reported that Mueller, 34, had assaulted her.
Police contacted Mueller just after midnight about a block away at the Escobar nightclub.
She was arrested and charged with third degree assault, along with felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to an Aspen Police press release.
The release did not give any further details on the circumstances of the alleged assault, and a police spokesperson did not immediately return messages to ABC News.
Mueller posted an $11,000 bond and was released. She has a court date on Dec. 19.
Mueller has famously run into trouble in Aspen before.
On Christmas day in 2009, Mueller called 911 to report that Sheen had assaulted her.
“My husband had me with a knife. I was scared for my life and he threatened me,” she told the dispatcher.
The couple, who have two young sons, later divorced.
Since then, Mueller has reportedly been in and out of drug rehab, even getting kicked off of a plane for erratic behavior.
