Sorry, Courtney. You're not Lindsay Lohan's sober coach.

Courtney Love said she’s Lindsay Lohan’s sober coach. Alas, that’s not actually true.

“Courtney Love is not, nor has she ever been, Lindsay’s sober coach,” Lohan’s publicist told ABCNews.com. ”Lindsay is, however, grateful for her friendship.”

In an interview in the December issue of Details, Love said that she’s “taken up Lohan because nobody else will.” The rocker described the actress as “further down the line than I was, because there was no TMZ then.”

Earlier this month, Love got drunk and flashed the audience at a Brazil concert. Last year, she showed up drunk and naked for a New York Times interview and asked the reporter to help her get dressed. Sober coach material? Maybe not.
