Snooki Faces $7 Million Lawsuit

Snooki recently filed a lawsuit against a licensing company called SRG Ventures, claiming it did not fulfill its promise to bring in revenue-creating partnerships for the Jersey Shore star.

Now, according to the New York Post, SRG Ventures is filing a $7 million counterclaim against Snooki and her management company, Neon Entertainment, claiming the reality star sabotaged the deal by talking to other brands without SRG Ventures’s knowledge.

A rep for Snooki, a.k.a Nicole Polizzi, tells the newspaper, “Ms. Polizzi disputes SRG’s version of the facts and looks forward to her day in court.”

In its countersuit, SRG Ventures claims Snooki failed to act on merchandising opportunities sourced by them, including school supplies, watches, shoes and lingerie.
