Brian Austin Green Sues Ex, Claims She Hasn’t Repaid Loan
EmailBrian Austin Green is taking actress and ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil Giovinazzo, the mother of his nine-year-old son Kassius, to court.
According to TMZ.com, Green has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles, claiming he lent his former “Beverly Hills, 90210″ co-star a total of $200,000 beginning in 2000, and that she reneged on an agreement to pay him back.
Green’s lawsuit seeks all of the money he gave her, plus additional damages. He is currently married to Megan Fox.
Marcil Giovinazzo’s other credits include TV’s “General Hospital” and “Las Vegas,” as well as the Nicolas Cage-Sean Connery film “The Rock.”
