David Beckham Strips Down in Sexy Super Bowl Ad for H&M
A whopping 58 percent of women admit to watching the Super Bowl for the commercials, according to a new survey by Yahoo! Sports. And who can blame them when ads like this one - featuring a nearly bare David Beckham in his briefs - are in the rundown.
The Los Angeles Galaxy soccer star flaunts his perfectly-toned physique, and underwear from his new David Beckham Bodywear collection, in the revealing ad.
"My design team and I spent 18 months developing the collection, it's been a fantastic collaborative experience, and I'm very happy with the end result," Beckham said in a press release. "Like every fan, I'm looking forward to Super Bowl Sunday."
The underwear modeled by Beckham retails for $12.95 and $14.95 at H&M, and will hit stores in the U.S. on Feb. 2.
H&M gave fans a sneak peek at the 30-second ad on YouTube today ahead of its big debut during the second quarter of the Super Bowl this Sunday.
Other ads slated to run during Super Bowl XLVI feature other famous faces - and bods - wearing far more clothing, including a much buzzed about Honda spot with actor Matthew Broderick reprising the role of Ferris Bueller and a Pepsi ad with Elton John and "X Factor" winner Melanie Amaro.
