Former "Party of Five" star Jeremy London has been charged with domestic battery in connection with an incident involving his estranged wife, Melissa Cunningham, in Palm Springs, California, last month, according to TMZ. London allegedly pulled Cunningham's hair and hit her in the side of her head. Interestingly, court documents in the case do not list an address for London, but instead label him as "transient." His rep has denied the abuse allegation. Cunningham is the mother of London's son.
