Nick Cannon's 'Getting Back to Business,' in 'Stable Condition'

Mariah Carey tweeted this photo with husband Nick Cannon.

Nick Cannon's "getting back to business" (according to him) and getting better (according to his wife).

The "America's Got Talent" host and husband of Mariah Carey tweeted a photo of a barber working on him in his hospital bed on Thursday along with the message "getting back to business." He was also well enough to tweet a shout out to his DJ friend, Connor Cruise, earlier today.

Meanwhile, Carey tweeted, "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days. As always he's laughing and in good spirits." She posted a photo of her giving Cannon a kiss while holding a bunch of Get Well Soon balloons.

Cannon was hospitalized Wednesday after suffering from "mild kidney failure," as Carey put it, brought on by the flu. "As always, he's in good spirits considering the situation," Carey told People magazine. "We are hopeful that he'll be 100 percent as soon as possible."

Wednesday night, Cannon  tweeted that he was being moved from a hospital in Aspen, Colo., where the couple had been vacationing with their twins, Moroccan and Monroe, to a hospital in Los Angeles.

"Currently being [transferred] to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern," he wrote. "You know me … I will be a'ight."

"He was transferred to an LA hospital yesterday and is recovering," Cannon's rep told ABCNews.com, declining to go into further detail.
