Report: IRS Claims Lindsay Owes $93,000 in Taxes

Lindsay Lohan.

The taxman is coming after Lindsay Lohan. TMZ reports the IRS has obtained a lien against Lohan, who's accused of owing about 93,700 dollars in federal income tax for 2009. The "Mean Girls" star has not responded to the website's request for comment.

Lohan's problems don't end there. TMZ is also reporting that a paparazzo is suing her over an alleged 2010 car accident. The photographer, Grigor Balyan, claims he was taking pictures of Lohan when a car in which she was a passenger struck him, causing him orthopedic and neurologic injuries. Balyan, who says Lohan's assistant was driving the vehicle, seeks "reasonable compensation." According to his lawyer, Lohan's insurance company only made him an "insignificant offer."

At the least, Lohan may be able to afford the IRS tab, since she reportedly made up to one million dollars for her recently released Playboy spread.

Incidentally, Lohan has followed up on her Playboy issue with two separate ad campaigns. According to E! Online, she appears in a fragrance ad for French Connection U.K., in a sexy embrace with a shirtless man. The photo was taken from a 2009 shoot.

She's also front and center in an ad promoting the German designer Philipp Plein. She shows plenty of leg as she drapes herself onto a man who is sitting up on a couch.
