Gisele Bundchen Curses Tom Brady’s Super Bowl Loss

Tom Brady may feel like one of the country’s biggest losers right now, but his supermodel wife still has his back. After the Super Bowl, Gisele Bundchen was confronted by hecklers at Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium. A video from the scene shows Bundchen walking toward an elevator as a man screams, “Eli [Manning, the Giants QB] owns your husband.”

Bundchen smiles before turning her back to the camera and kvetching to her group of friends and handlers: “My husband cannot f*****g throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time,” referring to the many errors made on the part of the Patriots.

Self-righteous, self-important word would be censored. So glad the Giants won if only to smack these two down.

Well the ball cannot be caught if it is not thrown properly…..

Way to go Gisele. Why not make Tom’s teammate hate his guts because his wife can’t keep her trap shut about their performance. Hate to break it to her, but Brady wasn’t playing his best and the Pats as a whole (including Brady) have plenty of shared blame in giving the Giants the opportunities they seized to win the game. Maybe Gisele should blame her friends for not praying for “Tommy” hard enough. She’s a low class, nasty peice of work.

Posted by: Ravanne | February 6, 2012, 11:52 am 11:52 am

And this from a woman who started a “prayer chain” for her husband to win the ball game. Um, yeah, how did that chain work out for ya’, Gisele? Were you not Tebowing long enough??

Posted by: TheSpin | February 6, 2012, 11:52 am 11:52 am

She has no class. She should defend her husband, privately. Not make a fool of both of them for all the world to see!

Posted by: Ann | February 6, 2012, 11:54 am 11:54 am

NEW YORK Giants? Really … more like the New Jersey Giants … why don’t all you New Yorkers stop celebrating another state’s win? Can’t even host a football team other than the Bills … you sent the Jets and Giants to New Jersey. CONGRATS TO NEW JERSEY!

Did you see Brady’s post game press conference. I am actually going to show my kids the tape of it. It is the epitome of proper leadership and sportsmanship and class. Brady is a class act. He said “we play as a team, we win as a team, we lose as a team” and when they were bating him about Wess he said nothing but good things about Wess and said he will come out any day and throw it to Wess again. When she ages, and the plastic surgery doesn’t cut it. She was made to be a model, not only for her looks, but for her absolute inability to form two sentences that dont inflame people, and now, counter acts her husband and his job!!!! Now his receivers are probably saying…”was he lying????! Does HE think that way but just doesn’t say it???” She’s an idiot. You’re MODEL deal. She is sooooooooooooo unlikable. And really detrimental to her husband and what he’s trying to acheive. It’s like your wife coming to your christmas party crappying all over everyone and saying “Ya wanna know what my husband REALLY thinks of you!” idiot.

I feel bad for Wess. I didn’t see Eli’s receivers having to do pirouettes in order to reach their throws.

Can you imagine having a bad day at work and your wife shows up and start chewing out the coworkers when you know in your heart you, personally, are due just as much of the blame as anyone else. My lord, I know she’s beautiful, but can he really stand her???? how?

Super model. Stupid model. It’s all the same.

Posted by: GrannyNosBest | February 6, 2012, 12:03 pm 12:03 pm

For all the ills of this world, and we were supposed to pray to God for a Brady win?

Reminds me of a few years back… Jane Fonda actually praying on her seat for her ex’s Atlanta team’s win.

Like God has time for prayers for a ballgame win… pleeze!

Posted by: Jiji Moran | February 6, 2012, 12:12 pm 12:12 pm

I’m so glad the QB’s wife understands team sports and being a good team player. hehe. Yeah.

Posted by: Sharece Bunn | February 6, 2012, 12:18 pm 12:18 pm

Yeh…so much for the holier-than-thou Giselle! Sounds like Tom should start a prayer chain to keep his wife’s mouth shut! When she’s not insulting mothers around the world with her pretentious idea for breast-feeding laws, she’s blaming his team mates for being bumbling idiots who stole a win away from her husband. What an idiot!

Posted by: glofish54 | February 6, 2012, 12:22 pm 12:22 pm

Not a Pats fan, but geez those drops from the Pats receivers broke any possibilites of winning. But the hail mary is a gamble. You throw and can do nothing but pray for someone (of your own team of course) to catch it. It didn’t happen. They lost. Another thing, the media is now playing the injury card as usual when Brady loses. Just like 4 years ago, it was the ankle. Now the shoulder? Gimme a break. Just one sack and he’s injured? Eli Manning was smashed down, kicked, pushed, pulled, sacked multiple times and he STILL got up and won the game. Congrats to the Giants. They’re well deserved champs.

Her and her boyfriend should be thankful for all they have. Everyone played their. She should be thanking people not cursing them. Both Tom and her are very fortunate.

Not defending her, but what kind of loser screams down an athlete’s wife?

Posted by: Brian Levine | February 6, 2012, 12:34 pm 12:34 pm

Face it…..This is one protective wife who loves her husband. Nothing wrong with that.

Posted by: Bob Ramos | February 6, 2012, 12:47 pm 12:47 pm

Not defending her, but what kind of loser screams down an athlete’s wife?—that is true. but how much better would she have looked, how much of a jerk would they have looked, had she kept her mouth shut or just said something classy like, “My husband is a great ball player” Or “I am proud of my husband, every day of his life, including yesterday” Had she kept quiet, she’d look good and they’d look like loud mouth morons, but, alas, as always the case with Gisele, she opened her mouth and reminded us of how incredibly unlikable she is….while……making her husband’s job harder. I mean, bad enough the guy lost yesterday, now his stupid wife and once again, stupid mouth, make more front page headlines when it SHOULD be his very classy post game press conference. Does he show up for her photo shoots and mouth at how stupid the designers are, what freaks they are, who would ever buy such crappy looking clothes??? He should try it sometime. Ask her how she likes it.

Posted by: Not UR Average Joe | February 6, 2012, 1:10 pm 1:10 pm

She is a true hypocrite. Do you ask for prayers with that mouth? I guess her true side comes out when she does not get what she wants.

Posted by: Weezie | February 6, 2012, 1:12 pm 1:12 pm

Notice it’s only the ‘guys’ who are saying ‘aw, it’s okay that she said that’. Really guys? How stupid can you be. Sorry, but she’s a has been and was probably disappointed he didn’t win so she could get more goodies and face time with the cameras. Let’s face it – they are both has beens.

Not praying hard enough Gisele? My but you are a piece of work. Keep your hat on, the pigeons are looking for a good place to poop.

Posted by: Nasty beeich | February 6, 2012, 1:14 pm 1:14 pm

This is the same woman who lost her dog, placed “reward” posters around, and when a young couple found her stupid dog, rather than giving them the reward, Gisele had them arrested at gunpoint. Police later cleared the couple of any wrongdoing. I’m sure the arrested couple were praying equally hard for the Patriots to lose. Guess “God” sided with the arrested couple this time.

Posted by: Oh Brother | February 6, 2012, 1:16 pm 1:16 pm

Actually, there WERE some dropped passes that should have been EASY catches. And who’s the loser who’s heckling his wife???

Posted by: salt lake tom | February 6, 2012, 1:21 pm 1:21 pm

Giants fan here and I agree with you NOR UR AVERAGE. The heckler was the one with the bad manners. She did not announce it to anyone but said it to her friends and of course someone picked it up and ran with it.

Posted by: smoochie | February 6, 2012, 1:28 pm 1:28 pm

Exactly Salt Lake

Posted by: smoochie | February 6, 2012, 1:29 pm 1:29 pm

I think the heckler is the bad one. The Giants should have a black eye for having such awful, rude fans. Who on earth would shout such things at a woman? Some drunk New Yorker? Nice. The wife isn’t the one out there playing. Why was anyone shouting anything at her? As for Gisele, I don’t think she should have said what she said but she didn’t say it publicly; she said it to a group of friends. She has every right to gripe about her husband’s co-workers to her friends if she wants; even if she’s wrong about what they did. I gripe about my husband’s co-workers all the time to my friends. It doesn’t mean I’m right & thank goodness there aren’t a bunch of reporters nearby to pick it up and publish what I say when I’m blowing off steam. Even still, I don’t like her. Never have since she hooked up with Brady in the midst of his break up with his pregnant girlfriend. It never really gave those two a chance to maybe make a family work; she seems to really only care about herself.

Posted by: Big Mouth | February 6, 2012, 1:51 pm 1:51 pm

ok, I take it back. I wrote my post based on reading the article. After watching the video, it is clear those people aren’t her friends and they have no idea why she is even talking to them. She also raised her voice and looked toward the heckler so she was heckling back… which is a public statement which is very different. That woman needs to know when to shut her mouth. I don’t think she’s pretty, but she does have a nice body and she is rich from showing the world her underwear but that still doesn’t mean she can open her mouth whenever she wants and just let a steaming pile of you-know-what fall out. Shut it Gisele.

Posted by: Big Mouth | February 6, 2012, 1:56 pm 1:56 pm

This woman needs to get a grip! Three months from now noone will even remember what teams played in the Super Bowl. It’s a football game! Who cares?? You’re husband is still a millionaire, you bimbo!

Posted by: tstorm | February 6, 2012, 1:56 pm 1:56 pm

You guys need to relax. She was obviously upset after the game and had some loud mouth New York fan following her. She obviously shouldn’t have said anything but everyone cursing her out for being a bad person needs to get a grip. Take a deep breath and get some perspective people.

Posted by: SW | February 6, 2012, 2:33 pm 2:33 pm

Actually, Mrs. Brady, a QB can catch his own pass. Brett Favre’s first completion was to himself.

Posted by: LARS | February 6, 2012, 2:43 pm 2:43 pm

If I had Giants fans following me and hounding me with foul language and ugly words following my husband’s devastating loss, I might have uttered an expletive, too. Give the woman a break. She was hurting because she knew her husband was hurting. As usual, the classy NY fans had to rub salt in the wound. Lord, please spare me from ever meeting up with any of these New York idiots!

Posted by: Rob | February 6, 2012, 2:49 pm 2:49 pm

Yeah Rob because Boston people are soooo nice and gentle. Gimme a break. It goes both ways. Some fans are that way, that doesn’t mean we have to behave like that as well. I understand she was angry, but what she did with her comment was to throw her husband’s team under a bus. Which is something Brady himself would never do. She’s basically saying he’s the perfect flawless one. Sorry, but her comment, no matter how upset she was, was really stupid.

Comments or no comments they are still rude.

Only one team can win. As in any profession, high profile or not, the spouse should keep their mouths shut when it comes to their husband (ir wife’s) job. Boy, she sure does stick her foot in her mouth and/or knows how to get people riled up. Just the opposite of him.

The better, more physical team won – period. Get off your high horse Gisele, and admit it, Eli outplayed your husband. No football game ever comes down to one play. It’s 60 minutes of strategy, mistakes, execution, big plays and clock management. I’m neither a Pats or Giants fan. But the Giants proved they are the better team beating the Patriots in TWO Super Bowls and even in their own backyard. I wish my Dolphins were the GIANTS!

______________
No, Dominic, your team is not only NOT like the Giants, they didn’t even make the Super Bowl. At least the Patriots were good enough to make the Super Bowl…..and they very nearly won the Giants. The score was in the Patriots’ favor many times during the game. I say the Patriots are a great team and Brady is a great QB for the very reason they made it to the Super Bowl and they very nearly won the Giants.

The ones who did the heckling either lost a bet or they were too drunk to remember their own names.

I bet she is the most hated wife in the team! These players are under a lot of pressure, millions watching every move. Remember if the ball cannot be caught if it is not thrown right!! sometimes seconds make a hugh difference in a game. I think it was rude of her to blame other members of the team! It was a great game and all players did a great job. Remember they are the best of the best! I am glad Giants won! Yes, she was rude!

Posted by: bella | February 6, 2012, 4:17 pm 4:17 pm

Ah, its a football game. Who cares? Everyone takes this stuff way too seriously. I didn’t even watch the game last night and I live in NJ. Couldn’t care less. Brady and that Eli guy get paid millions and millions to PLAY A GAME. They should all be thanking the gods that for some crazy reason they get paid millions of dollars to throw a ball and she should be thanking the gods that through her genes she looks the way she does and gets paid millions and millions of dollars to walk down a catwalk. And the heckler was just a jerk.

Looks like Giselle is taking a cue from what her husband usually does…….throwing his teammates under the bus when the team loses. I’m already sick of hearing about how Welker cost his team. The throw wasn’t even good. Am I the only one who saw that? Sure, it’s a ball he usually catches, but why isn’t Brady ever held responsible for mistakes he makes? From what I’ve seen and heard from him over the years, he doesn’t hold himself responsible either. It’s always everyone else’s fault. Maybe Giselle should watch that play again. Watching the intentional grounding in the end zone play might help too. Who’s fault was that? Answer: Tom Brady’s. Fact is, both Tom and Giselle need to get over themselves in a big way. Another fact: Eli Manning DOES own Tom Brady. Fact #3: Tom Brady is NOT the greatest QB of all time. Give him a decent offensive line instead of a great one, and he’s not the same player. Have him go against a great defense, same story.

sorry but tom brady has never thrown his teammates under the bus, he always admits if he has a bad game or made a bad play, and yes welker should have caught that ball and knows that . so what game were you watching ????? and for that giants fan , they cant even win with class, instead of being happy for his team they are using their energy to insult tom’s wife ?? Really who is the loser there???? Typical New Yorker !!!!!!!! The Patriots have more class then any team in the NFL

This is so ridiculous and out of proportion to what happened. First of all, as a woman, I can tell you that if I were her, I would defend my husband too. Second of all, the Giants fans were ridiculous. Seriously, to yell that at Brady’s wife. Third of all she said it to friends and not to them anyway. You know what? It’s a FOOTBALL game. A man blew up his house with his two kids in it and people are on-line whining about the wife of a football player. No wonder we have our priorities so off base in America.

Posted by: Ann | February 6, 2012, 5:21 pm 5:21 pm

I don’t think its a coincidence that Tom Brady hasn’t won a superbowl since he has been with Giselle. Bridget Moynahan was a class act and a Massachusetts native….should have stuck with her Tommy!

Posted by: Anne | February 6, 2012, 5:30 pm 5:30 pm

It’s her fault he lost. A lot of us had never thought of praying for anything as insignificant as a football game. But after she mentioned it, seeing it as a possibility, we prayed for the Giants.

Posted by: Cassandra | February 6, 2012, 5:34 pm 5:34 pm

She acted exactly like a hundred or more of us would act with those classless papparazi and Giants fans being so rude. She only said it to her people. She could have yelled it across the room which is what I feel like doing right now to some of you people who are bashing she and her husband.

When I first saw this, i thought she was insulting her own husband, but realized that wasn’t the case. After being taunted by a gaint’s fan, she said “my husband can’t throw the ball and catch it at the same time” meaning that he couldn’t throw the ball, run, then catch it. She was really making fun of the giants and defending her husband. Im a giants fan and yea im glad that the partiots lost, but im also glad to see Brady’s wife stand up for him after being pestered by a rude fan.

Ok, the guy may have been out of line shouting anything at the wife of a player BUT…….what a retort! The modeling world is all about the individual so maybe she can’t wrap her head around the idea that football is a TEAM sport. The guys have to work together to achieve anything. It’s not like her world where you can’t really on the other girls to pull the thong out of your butt cheeks.

Posted by: Meeka | February 6, 2012, 9:05 pm 9:05 pm

Brady has three super bowl wins, Eli has two so far, they are both great football players. One team played well, the other team made mistakes. The New Yorker behaved badly as New Yorkers do, should of kept him mouth shut. He showed no respect to the wife of Brady, so she commented back, good for her. Maybe she should of ignored him, but the New Yorker started it. The receivers knew they blew it, but life happens!! I never liked how Eli and his father Archie thought they were too good to play for the Chargers when he selected by the draft many years ago. The Manning family seemed very self-centered back then. Never did liked Eli even though he is a good player.

I honestly don’t get this super model worship thing, on the way home from work tonight I put the radio on to hear some SB talk and the first thing I hear is these two guys prattling on about how this guy was an idiot and boy did she show him. What I heard in the tape was a guy way up from the Giants win and an ignorant response that by the way took quite a while for her to come up with. Anyway, seriously, I don’t get it… couple months ago I saw an un-photoshopped pic of this woman in a bikini and it was, quite frankly, revolting. Skinny, scrawny, lumpy, bumpy. And facewise… OK, she’s not as homely as say, a cross-eyed 300 pounder with terminal acne but, no, not that attractive. Put it this way, looking back 30 years or so I recall the face and figure of Cheryl Tiegs and now… this.

This is where the Media is to show they are out of control. I know when Welker missed the ball I said just about the same thing Mrs Brady said, Just like possibly 4 out of the 11 million that watched the game. So to say Mrs Brady is stirring up trouble with the team is poppycock! Its the Media that is blowing it out of control. When Branch missed a catch, when Hernandez, missed one, Most of Pats Nation said the same thing, so stop putting the blame of Mrs Brady to say she did something wrong when all she did was react to the samething any other Pats fan had said and thought. It goes to show where we get our thoughts from, (the Media) instead of being able to think for ones self, we’re becoming a nation of followers instead of becoming leaders. We’re allowing the media to tell you what to think and say, and it’s time to stop it.

OMG ABC’s GMA team is mkissing the news again. This is a fine example of the rudeness of NY Giant fans run amok, and you pick on the quarterback’s wife? You should be reporting the news not creating it. Why the lack of mention of the real news: Where are the fans re sportsmanship that we saw the League, players, coaches exhibiting before, during and after the game? What are we teaching our children by their example? Your GMA team’s example? Only Sam got it right. C’mon guys, set a good example once in awhile!

Posted by: dmikes | February 7, 2012, 8:08 am 8:08 am

I wouldn’t be surprised if Brady gets a call from the head office about his wife because she is now becoming a distraction for the team. First with her email asking for prayers for “Tommy”, and now her rant and placing all blame on the loss to everyone but her husband (who did not play his best game). Team morale has taken enough of a hit and the last thing they need is the loudmouthed wife of the QB assigning blame. For the sake of team cohesion, Brady needs to shut his wife up.

I am all for celebrity accountability for their comments, and yes, in a perfect world she should have said nothing, but verbal attacks made on her husband were out of control. She showed more control than I would have. I am really shocked by Josh, Robin & whoever the other guy is. Petty & below GMA standards. Changing the channel now.

While she was right to defend her husband, Gisele has been a football wife long enough to know that there are going to be hecklers after this game. That’s part of sports. Unless there were other things said to her, the one comment that got picked up on mike wasn’t all bad and I’m sure this isn’t the first time she has been heckled by the opposite team’s fans. She needs to develop tougher skin. Congrats to the NY Giants. They deserved to win. Looking forward to the parade later.

Let’s face it… the fan (wherever he was from) was being obnoxious. I have to say just as Mrs. Brady may have been justified to jab back at him (not the classy thing to do), perhaps the fan felt compelled to shout out at her. I couldn’t believe that someone has the nerve to ask for a prayer chain for a football game? With all of the suffering in the world and prayers that are needed why would someone ask for a SuperBowl win? Greed and a sense of entitlement that’s why. Can Gisele accept that the answer to her prayers was a “no”? She has made herself unlikable with her big mouth and that is why the fan shouted out!!!

not following the Bradys beyond the game i checked wiki and apparently there is what some consider a gisele curse. maybe the reason for prayers….get the boston papers off her back. since tom became involved with her the team hasn’t won.

Go Giselle! The Patriots blew it. Brady played well and when you are paid millions of dollars to catch a ball, you damn well should catch it! She was expressing what we all were thinking. I applaud her spunk!

People are very likely to react emotionally when verbally attacked, like the G.B. was by someone bad-mouthing her husband. Therefore, she became defensive and said what she said. You people should give her a break and be more understanding, and be more concerned with what was said to her by that guy. How many of us would not get angry if someone said something bad about our loved ones? Be less judgemental people and more understanding with others.

Tom Brady will never win another superbowl since he left his then pregnant girlfriend Moynahan to that ugly foul mouthed masculine Brazilian horse. All she needs is a super-sized adam’s apple to make her look like Prince Charles. BTW, Buffalo will never ever welcome Tom Brady again.

There must be a lot of New Yorkers posting here who love the New Jersey Giants, aka New York Giants. The man who taunted her is a real jack___ and a disgrace to Giant fans. I have never been a Patriot fan but I hope he wins another one. As for the man who taunted her, just remember Peyton owns Eli. Let us know when he has surpassed all of Peyton’s records.

I would comment but, I’m not sure if what I want to say would fit good or not.

First of all, Susie you sound so bitter you’re NOT a supermodel. Frankly, I say leave Gisele alone. Clearly, she was upset and overprotective of her husband. She said something she clearly regrets. Second, why are we focused on this so much? This woman gave 1.5 million dollars to Haiti relief after the Earthquake. Sad world we live in where her comments after superbowl got more press than her generous, heartfelt donation.
