Robin Thicke Arrested in New York City

Soulful singer Robin Thicke was arrested in New York City today on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana.
Police spotted the “Lost Without You” singer smoking a joint inside of a Cadillac Escalade. One other person was in the car but was not arrested.
Thicke, 34, is the son of ”Growing Pains” actor Alan Thicke.
The singer has released five studio albums and is married to actress Paula Patton. The couple have a son, Julian Fuego, 1.
ABCNews.com was unable to reach Thicke’s representative for comment.

So what. He was smoking a joint, big hairy deal. We’ll arrest someone for smoking pot, but then elect a former coke frat boy for two terms in office, even though he left people to rot when the levees broke. As a society, we seem to pick and choose what we’ll put up with. I hope to God I see pot legalized in my lifetime.

Wow, what a bunch of self righteous tools so many of you are, he smoked a joint, big deal. He isnt going to overdose, it doesnt make him black – most of my pothead friends are white while most of my black friends are very sober churchgoers you racist @$$holes – hes a musician for christsakes, we all smoke marijuana, you should be glad we smoke as opposed to I dont know dieing of alcohol poisoning. People are acting like hes throwing his life and his career away when all he did was smoke a joint, meanwhile theres probably a liquor store within a few blocks if not minutes away from anyone of your houses. I wonder how many of you self righteous nobodies have someone in your life drinking themselves to death and you arent even batting an eyelash their way, but a guy smokes a joint and hes now a black criminal on steroids bringing the neighborhood down?
