Schwarzenegger, Stallone: Friends Who Have Surgery Together
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone have starred in movies together and gone into business together, so why not have surgery together?
The aging action heroes recently found themselves at the same hospital, where they were both scheduled for shoulder surgery.
Schwarzenegger, 64, posted a picture of him and Stallone, 65, lying gurney-to-gurney on his WhoSay blog as he explained: "After all the action, stunts & physical abuse shooting The Expendables 2 and The Last Stand, it was time for a little tune up on my shoulder. Look who was coincidentally waiting in line behind me for his shoulder surgery. Now we're ready for another round of great times and action when we shoot The Tomb."
The old friends are scheduled to shoot "The Tomb" later this year. They will also reprise their roles in "The Expendables 2," with fellow over-the-hill action stars Chuck Norris, 71, Bruce Willis, 56, Dolph Lundgren, 54, Jean-Claude Van Damme, 51, and Jet Li, 48.
