" Dancing With the Stars" professional dancer Mark Ballas has twice taken home the show's coveted Mirrorball trophy but a new video posted online is further proof that Ballas really "can" dance.

Pepsi posted this video on YouTube of Ballas dancing with a can of Diet Pepsi on his head while filming a commercial for the soft drink maker.  The behind-the-scene footage shows that Ballas nails it, spilling nary a drop of soda or showing even a sign of strain.

Ballas also choreographed another recent Pepsi ad featuring "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara dancing to promote Diet Pepsi's skinny can.

ABC announced Tuesday the two-time "DWTS" champ will be back for the show's 14 ^th season, competing with opera star Katherine Jenkins.

They'll go against the likes of tennis legend Martina Navratilova, actor Jaleel White and singers Gavin DeGraw and Gladys Knight when the season premieres on Monday, March 19 on ABC.
