Jessica Biel likes to get physical.

"I've always been physical. I have no concept of what life is like without physical activity," the 30-year-old actress said in an interview with the latest edition of W magazine, which she covers in a white one-piece bathing suit cut daringly on the sides.

Biel stars in the upcoming "Total Recall" reboot, in which she goes mano-a-mano with English beauty Kate Beckinsale. "Our fight scene isn't overtly sexy: just two trained fighters who happen to be women kicking the s**t out of each other," she tells the magazine. "It could be two dudes, but we just happened to have long hair and boobs and … other things."

While Biel has no problem fighting a guy, she says she hesitated about inflicting pain on her female co-star. "Every two seconds, Kate and I were saying, 'I'm so sorry - are you okay?' We were both so nervous about fighting another woman."

The "New Year's Eve" star recently stepped out with her engagement bling from fiance Justin Timberlake. While she didn't divulge the details of their upcoming nuptiuals (when and where, the couple has yet to say) Biel did suggest that being engaged or married won't tie her down.

"I think I need to destroy my reputation," she told W. "This whole I'm outdoorsy, I'm really healthy - it's too squeaky-clean. That's going to be my new thing: Go dark and unhealthy. It's time to be very, very, bad."
