Sandra Bullock didn't quite know what she was getting when she signed on to "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close" with child actor Thomas Horn. On the DVD and Blu-ray edition of the Oscar-nominated film, on sale today, Bullock describes the moment she realized Horn, who won "Jeopardy's" kids week in 2010, was really, really smart.

"That little kid, I would walk by his room and he's speaking Mandarin," she says. "I was like, really? I'm just trying to butter my bagel in the right way and not get it on my clothes, and you're speaking Mandarin. That damn kid and his acting chops. I mean like, him being smart and winning 'Jeopardy' isn't bad enough. He then has to step into my business and show us all up."
