Sandra Bullock has sued a watchmaker that she claims has infringed upon her publicity rights in ads for one of its watches.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bullock's lawsuit says ToyWatch USA has used her name in marketing a diamond-encrusted, white-band watch as the same one she wore in "The Blind Side." She says her name and image were used without permission.

Bullock, who won an Oscar for her role in "The Blind Side," seeks an injunction and monetary damages.
