"Ghost" The Musical Comes to Broadway

A musical based on the Oscar-winning Patrick Swayze-Demi Moore film Ghost opened on Broadway on Monday night.

Caisie (Casey) Levy plays Molly, the role originated by Moore. She says a few of the key elements from the film are represented in the movie, including the use of the song "Unchained Melody." She says, "'Unchained Melody' is woven throughout the score in different ways and I won't give it away completely but it's very much a part of the show."

Levy points out that the musical also features the famous scene from the film in which Swayze and Moore's characters have a romantic moment while using a pottery wheel. She says, "It's in a different spot in the musical than it is in the film but it still has a similar impact and I don't want to give it away but I do make a pot live on stage every night. I did have to take lessons."
