Johnny Depp Sued Over Entourage's Alleged Confrontation with Woman
Johnny Depp has been sued by a woman who claims she was involved in a physical confrontation with his entourage at a rock concert in Hollywood last December, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The woman, who is not identified in the lawsuit but is described as a medical professor at UC Irvine who is handicapped, said she attended the Iggy and the Stooges concert with her husband at the Hollywood Palladium. She said Depp's entourage dragged her across the VIP section, after which security handcuffed and dragged her some more.
The plaintiff said her pants fell down and her backside was exposed during the incident, which Depp allegedly witnessed.
The woman said the incident caused her cuts, bruises and other injuries, and that it exacerbated her issues with spondyloarthritis, which can cause back pain.
The lawsuit, which also names the Hollywood Palladium as a defendant, seeks unspecified damages.
