Beyonce was recently named the World's Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine, but it's inner beauty that the singer values most.  The singer tells the magazine in a new chat, that she hopes her daughter, Blue Ivy, will feel the same way.

Beyonce says, "My biggest thing is to teach [Blue] not to focus on the aesthetic.  It's really about who you are, and the human being, that makes you beautiful."

Hubby Jay-Z, however, seems a bit worried their daughter will turn into a little diva.  During an appearance Sunday on "Oprah's Master Class: Special Edition" on OWN, Jay-Z talked about parenting, saying, "I imagine I'll take things I learned from my mom and things I've learned from raising my nephews and apply that."  Jay-Z then jokingly added, "Then at the end of the day, I just know I'll probably have the worst, spoiled little kid ever."

Beyonce may value inner beauty, but when asked by People magazine if she's comfortable leaving her house without makeup, the singer replied, "Everyday in my life is a part of my history, and I've worked really hard on my career and my life. So I make sure I wouldn't be upset if somebody saw me."

That means lip gloss, blush, moisturizer and sometimes mascara.  The star also tells People she often does her own makeup for appearances and has even cut her own hair.
