MTV Movie Awards: The Nominees

The 2012 MTV Movie Awards will be held this Sunday night at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif. Russell Brand will host the ceremony live on MTV, beginning 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.

The Hunger Games and Bridesmaids are the leading nominees, with eight nods apiece. They will compete for the movie of the year trophy along with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and The Help.

The list of presenters includes Adam Sandler, Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth, Kristen Stewart, Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis.
