Sheryl Crow Reveals She Has a Benign Brain Tumor
Sheryl Crow, a breast cancer survivor, is dealing with another health issue, but this one doesn't appear to be as serious. She told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "In November, I found out I have a brain tumor. But it's benign, so I don't have to worry about it. But it gives me a fit."
Crow said she feels the tumor is affecting her memory - in fact, her memory problems are what sent her to the doctor in the first place. "I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI," she said. "And I found out I have a brain tumor. And I was, like, 'See? I knew there was something wrong.'?"
A month ago, Crow made headlines when she forgot the words to her hit "Soak Up the Sun" while on stage in Florida. She told the crowd then, "I'm 50, what can I say? My brain's gone to s**t."
Brian tumor aside, Crow seems to be in fine health. She recently ran a half-marathon and she's busy raising two young sons, doing a handful of shows each month and working on a new album.
