The teen dream relationship of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez has reportedly been on-again, off-again in recent months.

But the throngs of teenage girls -the ones who call themselves Beliebers - shouldn't get too excited about a single Beebs just yet.

Bieber and Gomez were seen Thursday night holding hands on a romantic dinner date in Los Angeles, TMZ reported.

When photographers asked Bieber whether the two were back on, the singer replied, "What does it look like?"

The PDA came just one week after Gomez "was crying about Justin and was upset" at Ashley Tisdale's birthday bash, a source told People Magazine.

Representatives for Bieber and Gomez did not respond to ABCNews.com's request for comment.
