The former "Beverly Hills 90210? star-turned-reality-TV-show queen gave birth to son Finn Davey McDermott, in California on Thursday.

"We are so excited to announce the birth of the newest member of the McDermott family," Spelling, 39, wrote on her website, along with a photo of the newborn's hand wrapped around her finger.

Finn, whom Spelling said weighed in at 6 lbs, 6 oz and was 20 in long at birth, joins the couple's three other children, Liam Aaron, 5, Stella Doreen, 4, and Hattie Margaret, 10 months.

McDermott, 45, has a son, Jack, 13, from a previous marriage.

The couple, married since 2006, announced the pregnancy in March, just months after Spelling gave birth to Hattie.

She told Rachael Ray earlier this month that she was hoping for a boy for baby No. 4.

"We would like a little boy, and Stella … she's now a middle child and when we told her about the pregnancy she said, 'I hope it's a little boy for Liam,'" Spelling said in an interview on Ray's TV talk show.

Spelling wrote on her website this week about becoming nostalgic as the end of the pregnancy neared, saying this baby would probably be her last.

"As my 4th pregnancy is nearing the end I have bittersweet feelings…there's so much I will miss," she wrote. "I'm guessing this will be my final pregnancy and that brings tears to my eyes."

The family stars in their own reality show, "Home Sweet Hollywood," on Oxygen.
