Jennifer Aniston and boyfriend Justin Theroux are reportedly ready to tie the knot.

"Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage," Theroux's rep told People magazine.

The news comes just days after a tabloid report that Aniston, 43, and the 41-year-old actor-screenwriter had broken up, allegedly because she wasn't ready to commit, but Aniston's representative told Wonderwall, "It's once again just another fabrication to sell magazines and has no relationship to reality."

The report in Star magazine cited as evidence of the breakup a recent sighting of Theroux at a New York restaurant with someone who was referred to as a "mystery blonde." The woman in question turned out to be his friend Amy Sedaris, according to an Us Weekly source.

Another Us Weekly insider reported that while Aniston was away shooting a movie titled "We're the Millers" in North Carolina, Theroux was out with a group of her friends, including Courteney Cox and Laura Dern.
