Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy Heating Up
Taylor Swift's budding romance with Conor Kennedy, grandson of Robert F. Kennedy, has gotten lots of attention, but how long will it last? That's unknown, but according to the new issue of People magazine, Swift's fallen hard for the 18-year-old prep school student.
"Taylor is swept off her feet," a source said to be in the singer's inner circle tells the magazine. "She thinks he is the one right now."
As for Kennedy, Kennedy biographer Laurence Leamer tells People magazine, "It's great [he] can have a happy summer." Indeed, the young man has been through a lot lately: His mother, Mary Kennedy, took her own life May 16.
When summer is over, Kennedy will return to school, while Swift will be busy promoting her new fragrance and, fans hope, a new album. The singer plans a major announcement Monday on YouTube, and it's assumed she'll give details of the follow-up to Speak Now. It's likely the two will at least see each other again in December, when Swift will be honored by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for her "commitment to social change."
Could a Conor-Kennedy song make an appearance on Swift's next album? Fans may soon find out.
