Jennifer Aniston is spilling her secrets in a new ad for Smartwater. Well, sort of.

In the new ad, the 43-year-old actress pokes fun at the gossip constantly swirling around her, including her much-rumored pregnancy and how she manages to keep her hot bod. Jimmy Kimmel even makes a cameo as her secret son.

Ryan Seacrest introduces the clip, revealing "stolen" security camera videos from the "Wanderlust" star's home. Highlights include Aniston removing a girdle that's holding in her very pregnant belly and taking off a blonde wig to reveal curly, dark, un-Rachel Green-esque hair. More of Aniston's "secrets" are revealed before Smartwater sends its tagline across the screen: "Even more refreshing than the truth."
