Bobby Brown Arrested for DUI in LA
Bobby Brown is facing another DUI charge after being arrested in Los Angeles early today.
The 43-year-old R&B singer was booked at Van Nuys Jail after refusing a field sobriety test at Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue, according to ABC affiliate KABC.
Brown's arrest marks his second this year. In March, a judge sentenced him to an alcohol treatment program, probation and a fine after he pleaded no contest to a DUI charge one month after his ex-wife Whitney Houston died.
Brown's lawyer and publicist did not immediately return ABCNews.com's requests for comment.
The New Edition singer admitted himself into a rehab facility in August, less than eight weeks after he married his second wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown, in Hawaii.
Brown has long struggled with alcohol and drug abuse. He was also charged with a DUI in Florida in 1996.
In a 2010 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Houston detailed the cocaine and marijuana she and Brown did together. Cocaine was also linked to Houston's sudden death in February.
