Prince Charles, Camilla to Attend 'Skyfall' World Premiere
The newest installment of the James Bond franchise, "Skyfall" is not only getting lots of attention from fans and critics, but it also getting the royal treatment.
Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, will be having a date night tonight in London at Royal Albert Hall for the world premiere of "Skyfall," which stars Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem and Ralph Fiennes.
The premiere will benefit charities that support former and current members of Britain's intelligence agencies.
The royal family are no strangers to Bond. The queen teamed up with James Bond himself for the opening ceremonies of the 2012 London Olympics. For her introduction, Queen Elizabeth (actually a stunt double) dropped from a helicopter, hanging from a parachute emblazoned with the British flag.
The queen has also been to two James Bond premieres. She attended 2002's "Die Another Day" and 2006's for "Casino Royale," but she will be absent from the "Skyfall" red carpet.
"Skyfall" hits theaters Nov. 9.
