The Emmy-winning actress has remained mostly quiet on her pregnancy since announcing in June that she was expecting. She told the magazine that she is now looking forward to "getting to know our new Dancy."
The couple was married in a private ceremony in France in 2009.
It is unclear if the new mom will attend the Golden Globes on January 13, where she is nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series for her work on "Homeland."
Dancy, who is best known for roles in 2001-s "Black Hawk Down" and last year's acclaimed "Martha Marcy May Marlene," is set to star in the upcoming TV series "Hannibal," which explores the character Dr. Hannibal Lecter, made famous by Anthony Hopkins in the 1991 film "The Silence of the Lambs."
