The ice cream flavor debuted last night at a "30 Rock" fan party in New York City and will become available in stores around the country over the next few weeks.
"We are always looking for a fun way to serve up a Ben & Jerry's flavor, and when the R&D team came up with a lemon-based Greek Frozen Yogurt there was only one name on the list," said Jody Eley, marketing manager of Ben & Jerry's in a statement.
The popular television show has been nominated for an Emmy 22 times. Its final show was Thursday night.
This is the second flavor created for a "30 Rock" actor, last year Ben & Jerry's released a Schweddy Balls flavor in honor of Alec Baldwin's Saturday Night Live skit. The limited-batch of vanilla ice cream had fudge and rum-covered malt balls.
