David Bowie: New Music a Decade Later

It's been 10 years since David Bowie released music, but he is making a comeback with album "The Next Day" and an edgy music video debut for his new single, "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)."

Bowie's new music video was directed by filmmaker Floria Sigismondi, writer and director of "The Runaways" about the '70s starring Kristen Stewart.

Actress Tilda Swinton, 2007 Academy Award winner for Best Supporting Actress in "Michael Clayton," plays Bowie's wife. Swinton even resembles the 66-year old musician in his youth towards the end of the music video.

According to Bowie's official Facebook page, the 6 minute clip is about capturing "a twenty first century moment in its convergence of age, gender and the normal/celebrity divide."
