Charlie Sheen is not apologizing for encouraging his fans on Twitter to deliver "a rotted egg a roll of toilet paper or some dog s***" to the school where he said his 9-year-old daughter Sam was once bullied, even though she is no longer a student there.

The "Anger Management" star went on a rant Thursday against Viewpoint School in Los Angeles. In a "call to arms," he urged his fans to smear dog feces in the name of the bully on the school's front door.

The school responded in a statement to the Los Angeles Times Thursday, saying "Our administrators addressed the issue appropriately at that time. Our school takes accusations of bullying very seriously."

Without naming Sheen or his daughter, the school said the student in question has not attended the school since March 2012.

Asked by TMZ why he's lashing out now, Sheen responded, "There's no statute of limitations on bullying."

"They needed a visual reminder not to forget the epidemic of bullying," he added.
