TV Personality Kelly Osbourne, who had a seizure on the set of her "Fashion Police" show on March 7, has returned home with a clean bill of health from her doctor.

The star was rushed to the hospital after the incident and underwent tests. While in the hospital, Kelly tweeted a photo of an IV in her arm and said that she felt like she was in an episode of "House."

A spokesperson for Osbourne told E! News, "After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results."

Osbourne had a grateful tweet to share last night, "Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees @CedarSinaiHospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to be in bed!"
