Though she keeps her clothes on for Allure’s annual nude issue, actress Amanda Seyfried is uncensored when it comes to talking about her body and preparing for her role as “Deep Throat” star Linda Lovelace.

“Maybe this is backwards, but because she found the power in herself and in her body at a point, it made me feel comfortable in my own skin in a way that I hadn’t been,” Seyfried told Allure of playing the porn star. “I’ve got parts of me that I wish were tighter, but I don’t kill myself, because it’s not worth it.”

For one thing, the 27-year-old actress no longer considers her breasts “sacks of fat,” as she once referred to them in an interview.

“Actually, I saw a picture a couple of days ago from when I was 19, and my boobs were way bigger. They were a D, and now they’re a small C, because I lost weight,” she told Allure. “There was something so beautiful about the size of them. When I look back, I’m like, ‘Why did I always give myself such a hard time?’”

She also used her experience playing Lovelace to improve her singing performance for “Les Miserables.”

Seyfried said she imagined “deep-throating” to “get that feeling in the back of your throat, and then sing. That’s where your larynx is.”

While Seyfried did not disrobe for the magazine’s May issue, on sale April 22, four television actresses — Naya Rivera, Jennifer Morrison, Christa Miller and Clare Bowen — did get naked for famed photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

Rivera, who plays lesbian cheerleader Santana Lopez on “Glee,” told Allure that she’s finally comfortable in her own skin.

She was skinnier when she worked at a previous job at Hooters, she said, but “always self-conscious.”

“It’s so funny now to feel completely different,” she added.

“Glee” has made her something of a sex symbol in the lesbian community.

“It’s kind of cool,” she said. “I get more girls than my boyfriend.”
